An Awards Presentation Dinner is planned for Saturday, November 15 starting at 6:00 p.m.
A special entertainment program will start off the evening and be followed by an awards program where special awards and cash prizes will be given. In addition, recognition for all the juried winners will be given. The cost of the buffet dinner is $30 which includes a non-alcoholic beverage and gratuity.

2008 Rim Country Quilt Roundup T-shirts will be offered for this event for $15.00. T-shirts are scoop neck ladies short sleeve shirts. A limited supply of shirts will be available at the show, so please pre-order your shirts at the time of registration.
Picture CDs will be available after the show for $10 which will contain pictures of all the quilts, the prize winners, and the awards presentation. Order forms will be available in your registration packet.
